Beverly
Beverly and I did a test shoot a while ago…I finally got to edit some pictures for her tonight because she’s sitting next to me, forced me to edit them with a gun to my head. I made her wait a loooong time before she saw any of the photos from this shoot. I guess I can understand her frustrations. Hahaha. And I still only edited one.
Hey, it’s late. We’re all tired. What else do you want from me?!

Okay, so the color changed after I saved for web. Does anyone know why PS does that? Is there something wrong with my setting? Or does shooting Adobe RGB and editing in sRGB affect the color change when saving for web?
ps. Bev chose this one, not me.

this is sweet. where was it shot?
adobe colorspace has a lot more color than sRGB…i’d recomend using the sRGB workspace and just shooting in sRGB straight from the camera…it’ll minimize compatibility issues, especially when printing. anyone…feel free to correct me if i’m wrong. that is just what i noticed.
Bev, what a Hottie!

It’s amazing what A LOT of editing can do. haha.
You never sent me the other photos! ergh…
is that your backyard?
We have Miss Veggie. Now, we have Miss Pushy. Nice.
hahahaha. nice!
Adobe RGB is wider, but the problem is that the same 8-bits of an image are used to cover the wider color space. The color changed because of the color space conversion from AdobeRGB to sRGB. Check your color space conversion settings; perceptual is usually the most pleasing setting. What I do is manually do the conversion before saving so I can see the change. Also, Adobe RGB usually implies that you will do post processing to get the best color. sRGB is usually the most flattering (out of the camera) for portraits. Lastly, most web browsers are color space stupid and will render as sRGB
Lol and I taught her how to shoot…
